Day1: Arrival and departure to Ruhengeri gorilla base

Depending on the arrival time in the ' land of a thousand hills' that are lovely with various landscapes if early have a city excursion in and around Kigali which will provide abase and a balanced perfection of the tour fun. Later proceed to Virunga national park to the north of Ruhengeri through a striking terraced hillsides that shows much of Rwanda landscape and then step by step climb to the bottom of the extraordinary park. Dinner and overnight at Musanze or volcanoes Virunga lodge or in Ruhengeri hotel (FB).

Day 2: Transfer to Parc volcanoes Virunga Park for Gorilla tracking

Early morning benefit from a tasty breakfast at the lodge before your first exciting morning drive through the Switzerland of Rwanda Park that is too clear in the indigenous forest for Gorilla trekking and draws one to the real side of natural beauty. The activity immerses you into the strange intimacy of the rainforest plus a live call of colorful birds, chattering of the rare golden monkey, and littered with fresh spoor of the mountains’ elusive populations of buffalo and elephant. Have lunch at the lodge and later relax up at the lodge from the tiresome and exciting activity. Dinner and overnight at Musanze or Volcanoes Virunga lodge or in Ruhengeri hotel on a full board basis.

Day 3: Optional morning visit before the return journey home

 Past breakfast take a visit to the golden monkeys or trek to Dian Fossey's grave return for lunch at the lodge and later leave for Kigali Airport to cache up with the home flight back home which marks the end of your safari.
