Day 1: Arrive in Kigali
Upon your arrival at Kanombe international Airport in Kigali, you will be welcomed and greeted by our experienced safari guide who will transfer you to Kigali city for dinner and overnight stay at Hotel Chez Lando/Okapi Hotel/Kigali Serena Hotel/Golf Hills Residence

Day 2: Kigali City tour and transfer to Nyungwe Forest National Park
After breakfast at your Hotel in Kigali, you will be transferred for a full day City tour with in Kigali. The tour will enable you visit places like the Genocide Memorial sites of Gisozi and Murambi, The reconciliation village in Bugesera, local markets, Handcraft shops and so on. Have lunch and after transfer to Nyungwe forest National Park. En route visit the old King’s Palace in Nyanza. Have lunch and after proceed with your journey to the Park. Dinner and overnight at Gisakura Guest House/Nyungwe Forest Lodge

Day 3: Chimpanzee tracking in Nyungwe Forest and transfer to Butare
Breakfast will be served early morning and after you will proceed to the park headquarters for briefing at 6:00am. Unlike other countries like Uganda where chimpanzee tracking activity starts at 8:00am, here in Nyungwe forest National Park the activity starts at 6:00am. You will enter into the forest when its dark but you will be able to see primate species such as Colobus monkeys, forest birds and later, you will be able to see the chimpanzees when its laready day time. Return to your lodge after the tracking for Lunch and in the afternoon, you will transfer to Butare town to get entertainmrnt from the Intore dancers. Dinner and overnight in Butare

Day 4: Transfer to Gisenyi Town
After breakfast, you will transfer to Gisenyi town on the Northern shores of Lake Kivu. Upon arrival, you will go and visit the fishing villages around the town, the solid field lava from Nyiragongo Mountain that erupted in 2002 and also the hot springs. Dinner and Overnight at Lake Kivu Serena Hotel

Day 5: Boat ride on Lake Kivu and transfer to Ruhengeri
After breakfast, you will take a short boat ride on Lake Kivu and visit the different fishing villages. Return for a pleasant and fascinating lunch. After lunch, you will be transferred to Ruhengeri town. You will pass through magnificent views of the beautiful, hilly countryside which gives Rwanda its name as “a country of a thousand hills”. Dinner and overnight stay at Gorilla Nest Lodge/La Palme Hotel/Kinigi Guest House/Le Bambou Gorilla Lodge

Day 6: Gorilla trekking in Parc Nationale Des Volcanoes and transfer to Uganda
Early morning you will have breakfast at the Lodge and then later be transferred to the Park Headquarters of Parc National des Volcans.  You will meet your ranger guides here who will briefly guide you on how to behave while in the forest searching for the Gorillas and also will let you know more about their behaviours and ways of life before you set off. After the briefing you will enter into the forest and search for these endangered rare mountain Gorilla species. This is a once a life adventure and an opportunity one should never miss in life. Some time the Terrain is rough and muddy and this means that you as gorilla trekkers, you have to be strong enough and also physically fit. The activity will take like 4 to 6 hours and therefore you are advised to go with your packed lunch. Later you will you will cross the Rwanda-Uganda border at Cyanika to Kisoro town. Dinner and overnight stay at Mgahinga Safari Lodge/Travellers’ rest Hotel/Kisoro Tourist Hotel/3 Way Gorilla resort.

Day 7: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
After a fully served breakfast, you will transfer to Lake Bunyonyi. Upon arrival, you will have a boat ride on the lake which will enable you explore the second deepest lakes in Africa. The boat ride will also give you a chance to visitthe Pygmies on one of the Islands on the lake and this will enable you learn more about these short people of the Batwa community. Dinner and overnight at Arcadia cottages/Bunyonyi overland resort/Bushara Island Camp

Day 8: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Have an early morning breakfast and after transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park via the Ishasha sector commonly known for its rare tree climbing lions. The game drive en route in Ishasha will reward you with beautiful views of different animals, like the rare treee climbing lions, elephants, buffaloes and so on. Proceed with your journey to Fortportal. Reach in the evening in time for dinner and overnight stay at Fort Motel/Rwenzori guest house/Mountains of the moon Hotel

Day 9: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Have along drive while transferring to Murchison falls National Park. You will have lunch in Hoima town after which you will proceed with your journey to the Park. Dinner and overnight stay at Paraa Safari Lodge/ Nile Safari Camp/Sambiya River Lodge/Red Chilli Campsite

Day 10: Game drive and launch cruise
After breakfast, you set out for the early morning game drive in the Northern sector of the Park. Search for big game animals like Lions, Buffaloes, Elephants, Antelops, Kobs and so on. Return back to your lodge for Lunch and in the afternoon; go for the launcg cruise to the bottom of the falls. This will give you great views of water loving animals like crocodiles, Hippos and also birdspecies like the rare shoebill stork. Dinner and overnight stay at Paraa Safari Lodge/ Nile Safari Camp/Sambiya River Lodge/Red chilli Campsite

Day 11: Transfer to Kampala and later to Jinja
After breakfast, you will visit the top of the falls and later transfer to Kampala with lunch enroute. After lunch in Kampala, you will proceed with your journey to Jinja. Upon arrival you will visit the source of the Nile. After this you will retire to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay at Jinja Nile resort/Nile Anchors Palace/Bride way guest house/Sunset International Hotel

Day 12: White water rafting and transfer back to Kampala
Have breakfast and set out for a half day white water rafting. Retire for lunch and after transfer back to Kampala. Enroute you will visit the Sezibwa falls, Namugongo Martyrs Shrine and the Uganda Museum. Dinner and overnight at Kampala Serena Hotel/Sheraton Hotel Kampala/The Lodge/Grand Imperial Hotel/Excellent Hotel Kampala

Day 13: Ngamba Island Excursion
After breakfast, you will transfer to Lake Victoria shores for you cruise to Ngamba Island. The boat transfer will take you about an hour. You will arrive at the sanctuary and be briefed about the Chimpanzees found at this sanctuary and then go spend some time with the chimps as they feed. Later you will board the bpat and cruise back to the pier where your guide will meet you an transfer you to your Hotel in Entebbe.

Day 14: Entebbe tour and departure
After breakfast, you will visit the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre (Entebbe Zoo). View different animals in cages. Later you will be transferred to the Airport for your flight back home.
