In order to take this tour, please make sure that you are in Kigali, the day before the trek. The tour starts very early in the morning – 5.00AM
Trip Itinerary
Very early in the morning set off from Kigali to catch up with gorilla trekking in Volcano National Park. It is advisable to wake up early in the morning and leave Kigali for Ruhengeri in Northern Rwanda for a gorilla viewing trip before 9:00 am.
The time for the gorilla trek is unpredictable. Normally it takes between 1 – 4 hours of hiking to encounter the mountain gorillas in the jungle.
The experience of coming face to face with the mountain Gorillas in the wilderness is the highlight of a tour to Africa.
After the trek, travel back to Kigali arriving in the afternoon.
