Day 1: Arrive in Kigali
Upon your arrival at Kanombe international Airport in Kigali, you will be welcomed and greeted by our experienced safari guide who will transfer you to Kigali city for Lunch (Depending on your time of arrival). After you will take a short city tour with in Kigali and visit places like the Genocide Memorial sites, Local African markets, handcraft shops, Pottery projects and so on. Later you will be transferred to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay at Hotel Chez Lando/Okapi Hotel/Kigali Serena Hotel/Golf Hills Residence

Day 2: Depart for Ruhengeri
You will be picked up from your Hotel in Kigali and be transferred to Volcanoes National Park in the Northwest of Rwanda. En route, you will have a good sight seeing view of the splendid Virunga Volcanoes. You will arrive at Ruhengeri and later go for a short tour with in Ruhengeri. Dinner and overnight at Gorilla Nest Lodge/La Palme Hotel/Kinigi Guest House/Le Bambou Gorilla Lodge

Day 3: Gorilla trekking in Parc Nationale Des Volcanoes
Early morning you will have breakfast at the Lodge and then later be transferred to the Park Headquarters of Parc National des Volcans.  You will meet your ranger guides here who will briefly guide you on how to behave while in the forest searching for the Gorillas and also will let you know more about their behaviours and ways of life before you set off. After the briefing you will enter into the forest and search for these endangered rare mountain Gorilla species. This is a once a life adventure and an opportunity one should never miss in life. Some time the Terrain is rough and muddy and this means that you as gorilla trekkers, you have to be strong enough and also physically fit. The activity will take like 4 to 6 hours and therefore you are advised to go with your packed lunch. Return back to your lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay at Gorilla Nest Lodge/La Palme Hotel/Kinigi Guest House/Le Bambou Gorilla Lodge

Day 4: Golden monkey tracking
After breakfast at the Lodge, you will go for Golden Monkey tracking with in the Volcanoes National Park. These Golden Monkeys are the most endangered primates with in the forest. This activity will not take long like as it is when tracking the Gorillas. You will spend also less time with these primates. Return to your lodge for lunch after which you will either relaxt at the lodge or take a short community tour to the near by towns and villages. Day 5: Hiking Mountain Bisoke
After a fully served breakfast early in the morning, you will gather at the park headquarters where you will meet your hiking guides. After a short briefing from them, you will then start on your hike on Mountain Bisoke. It’s not such abig mountain and the hike to the top will only take 3 or 4 hours depending on the strength and fitness of the hikers. Upon reaching the top, you will then descend back and transfer to your hotel for relaxation. Dinner and overnight stay at Gorilla Nest Lodge/La Palme Hotel/Kinigi Guest House/Le Bambou Gorilla Lodge

Day 6: Transfer to Mgahinga National Park in Uganda
After breakfast, you will cross the Rwanda-Uganda border at Cyanika to Kisoro town. Upon arrival, you will go for a cave exploration adventure with in the Park. Later transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Mgahinga Safari Lodge/Travellers’ rest Hotel/Kisoro Tourist Hotel/3 Way Gorilla resort.

Day 7: Gorilla trekking in Mgahinga National Park
After breakfast, you will go for a second day gorilla tracking in Mgahinga National Park in Uganda. However, some times Gorillas may not be seen in this park because of their migration to Rwanda and Congo. Therefore on this day it’s not a guarantee that you will see the Gorillas. Later return back to kisoro for a short tour before transfer to your Hotel for dinner and overnight stay at Mgahinga Safari Lodge/Travellers’ rest Hotel/Kisoro Tourist Hotel/3 way Gorilla resort.

Day 8: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
After a fully served breakfast, you will transfer to Lake Bunyonyi. Upon arrival, you will have a boat ride on the lake which will enable you explore the second deepest lakes in Africa. The boat ride will also give you a chance to visitthe Pygmies on one of the Islands on the lake and this will enable you learn more about these short people of the Batwa community. Dinner and overnight at Arcadia cottages/Bunyonyi overland resort/Bushara Island Camp

Day 9: Transfer to Kigali and departure
After breakfast, you will depart for Kigali. Upon arrival in the city, you will take a short city tour and visit places like the Genocide Memorial sites, Local African markets, handcraft shops, shopping malls for simple shopping and many more. Later you will be transferred to the Airport for your flight back home.
